Alatau Rise collects the following personal information for the purpose of registration and service provision related to the event.

■ Required Information for registration: Name, Company/Institution, Department, Job Title, Mobile phone number, E-mail Address
■ Information automatically collected during use of the service: IP addresses, Cookies, Service usage records, Access logs, etc.
■ Methods of collection:
- Websites, telephone, email, fax, and written forms
- Information provided by partner companies


2. Purpose of Collecting Personal Information
The Alatau Rise Secretariat collects and uses personal information for the following purposes:

■ To send registration confirmations and notifications for Alatau Rise hosted by Caspian Korea.
■ To analyze access frequency and compile statistics on service use

The personal information collected will be retained and used only during the period in which services are provided, starting from the date of registration. Retention ends when:

1) The user requests to withdraw from registration
